Ginger is the golden child for treating nausea but it also reduces inflammation, digestive issues and lowers cholesterol. Due to the anti-inflammatory can support brain function and reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s, and fights infection through inhibiting the growth of oral bacterias and RSV.  Ginger is packed with Vitamin C, B6, Magnesium and Iron. Vitamin C and Iron are the best friends that support each other and work together to boost each other.

Manuka Honey was originally produced in only NZ and now making its way over to Australia, Manuka honey is known for its antibacterial properties. It is the one ingredient which makes this non-vegan but we believe that the health benefits are too good not to share. The honey is anti-inflammatory and has antioxidant benefits which means it has been used for wound healing, sore throats, preventing tooth decay and digestive issues. Oh and it is used to treat skin problems such as acne. Manuka honey contains some amino acids, which are essentially protein building blocks that contribute to growth and function, B vitamins which have many roles including releasing energy from food, calcium for strong bones and teeth, iron for healthy red blood cell production, potassium which helps the heart muscle to work properly, and zinc for wound healing and processing the macronutrients from our food.

Our products are powders, keep away from moisture. Products are housed in amber jars to reduce sun exposure and protect nutients. Store in a cool, dry space.
